The Challenge

With the level of growth eHarmony has experienced over the years, they don’t follow the eventual profitability startup model. They always look at the content they publish and their advertising networks to ensure value. For readers and members, they get the matches and content; for advertisers, they get returns on their ad dollars; and for eHarmony, they they get the value of their network and technology.

eHarmony wanted a fresh look and a fresh design for their marketing materials and pitch presentations for their Ad Solutions. They wanted to find new ways to communicate the value of their member network to improve advertising conversions for first-time and repeat advertisers.

The Solution

eHarmony hired Rapture Studio because we had the right mix of business savvy, marketing expertise and design acumen. We looked at the advertiser makeup and the different content advertisers purchase space on. We provided marketing consulting to ensure eHarmony was targeting the right businesses so both parties would get the most out of the relationship. We designed a new pitch presentation and webinar presentation and ensured consistency with eHarmony’s website and brand. We designed custom graphics to highlight their relationships and the types of members on their sites to help eHarmony generate the right advertisers. We provided content guidance to create a better tone to convert advertising leads to buyers.
